Shipping policy

littlsaffron.co.uk (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates this website. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms below. This policy explains how we process orders, shipping, tracking, returns, and refunds.


1) General

All orders are subject to stock availability. We try to keep stock information accurate, but if an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you with the options available (replacement, wait for restock, or refund).


2) Shipping Area

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.


3) Processing & Dispatch (Handling Time)

  • Handling/processing time: 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays).

  • If there is any delay beyond this, we will email you as soon as possible.


4) UK Delivery Options & Estimated Times

Delivery times are estimated after dispatch (not including processing time):

  • Economy Shipping: 5–8 business daysFREE

  • Standard Shipping: 3–4 business days£15

Shipping prices and available options are shown at checkout, and the amount paid at checkout is the final shipping charge for that order.


5) Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email (when tracking is available from the carrier). Tracking updates are provided by the shipping carrier and may take some time to appear.


6) Change of Delivery Address

If you need to change your delivery address, contact us as soon as possible. We can update the address only before the order is dispatched.


7) Delivery Issues (Late, Missing, or Damaged Parcels)

  • If delivery is delayed: contact us and we will help investigate with the carrier.

  • If your parcel arrives damaged: please contact us as soon as possible and, if you can, include photos of the packaging and items so we can resolve it faster.


8) Returns & Refunds (UK)

8.1 Change-of-mind returns (30 days)

We accept returns for change of mind within 30 days from the day you receive your item, provided:

  • the item is unused, unworn, and in resaleable condition

  • returned with original packaging (where applicable)

Return shipping: paid by the customer (unless the item is faulty/incorrect).
Refund method: refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the return.

We aim to process refunds promptly, and no later than 14 days after receiving the returned item (or after receiving proof of return).

Note: If you used Standard Shipping, and you cancel/return the entire order under your cancellation rights, we refund the basic outbound delivery cost (if applicable). Any premium/extra services are not refundable.


8.2 Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you have rights under UK consumer law (including the Consumer Rights Act 2015).
In these cases:

  • we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate

  • we will cover reasonable return shipping costs (or provide a return label where available)


8.3 How to request a return

Email us with:

  • your order number

  • the item(s) you want to return

  • the reason for return

  • photos (only if the item arrived damaged/faulty/incorrect)

We will confirm the next steps and provide return instructions.


9) Cancellations

You may cancel your order any time before it is dispatched.
If the order has already been dispatched, you can still return it following the returns process above.
